Yes - I was in Macedonia, although oddly, most of the actual watching of the World Cup that did took place in Novi Sad in Serbia. I must've been up visiting friends near the end of the Cup, or maybe I made two trips, near the beginning and the end, because I seem to remember spending quite a few hot summer mornings sacked out in the local sports cafe/bar, watching soccer and drinking Coke without ice, but with orange slices added. Funny what sticks out in the memory, isn't it?
